Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and H.Bns LLC ("we", "us"), 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, for the Copycat Hunt Chrome extension and the services behind it ("Copycat Hunt"). By buying a plan or using Copycat Hunt you agree to them.

What Copycat Hunt does

Copycat Hunt helps Merch by Amazon sellers find listings on Amazon and eBay that may copy their designs or listing text, and opens the marketplaces' own report forms with details filled in. You need an active Merch by Amazon account to use it. An eBay account is optional.

Your account and license

  • A license key is for one person and one computer. Don't share, resell or publish it.
  • Keep your key private. If you think someone else has it, email us and we'll replace it.
  • Copycat Hunt uses the Amazon and eBay sign-in already in your browser. You are responsible for your own marketplace accounts.

Plans, billing and cancelling

  • Starter costs $9.99 a month or $99 a year, plus any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Prices are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from the billing page linked in your license email. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Payments are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund.
  • If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you before the change applies to your next renewal.
  • Starter includes 100 hijack checks a month. Unused checks don't carry over.

Reports are yours

Copycat Hunt prepares report forms; it never submits them. You decide whether a listing really copies your work, you check every form, and you submit it yourself. You are responsible for the reports you send, including that you own or have the right to enforce the design or text you report. Amazon and eBay decide what happens to a report; we can't promise that any listing will be removed.

Fair use

Don't use Copycat Hunt to report listings you don't believe infringe your rights, to harass other sellers, to break Amazon's or eBay's rules, or to overload our service. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the extension or its license checks, except where the law allows it. We may suspend a license that breaks these terms.

Not affiliated with Amazon or eBay

Copycat Hunt is an independent tool. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon or eBay, and their own terms apply to everything you do on their sites.

Changes and availability

Copycat Hunt works with websites we don't control, so features can stop working when Amazon or eBay change their pages. We work to fix this quickly but can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may update the extension and these terms; if a change matters to you, we'll say so by email or on this page.

Disclaimer and liability

Copycat Hunt is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those stated here, and our total liability for any claim about Copycat Hunt is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Copycat Hunt and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend a license that breaks these terms; if we end the service for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
